Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the face of the client at investigative sites, supporting start-up, activation, and ongoing operations across studies. You will manage site recruitment, activation activities, and issue resolution while safeguarding patient safety and quality across the lifecycle.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of site monitoring experience, oncology monitoring background, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or RN; oncology monitoring experience required.
• 5+ years of site monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational point of contact for all site-level questions, coordinating with relevant teams to respond and resolve inquiries.
• Review site monitoring reports and assess performance.
• Support revision and submission of ICD documents and amendments.
• Coordinate with Study Management, QA, and system owners to maintain site-level systems.
• Maintain regular communications with investigator sites to gather status updates and drive study recruitment and timelines.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Authority, CTRO, and Site Activation Partner to ensure timely country/local registry completion where applicable.
• Identify and build effective relationships with investigator site staff and other stakeholders.
