Job summary

Syneos Health is looking for a Site Activation Specialist to support in-country start-up processes, regulatory submissions, and documentation management. You will collaborate with country start-up advisors, sponsors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and compliant site activation across assignments.

The role requires a solid understanding of clinical trial start-up procedures, SOP adherence, and strong organizational skills to manage multi-site documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Detailed understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
• Ability to understand clinical protocols and study specifications.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality deliverables at country level within forecasted timelines.
• Monitor basic financial aspects and hours per contract; escalate discrepancies.
• Comply with SOPs and WI; maintain training records and timesheet compliance.
• Support continuous quality improvement of Site Start-Up components at country level.
• Submit essential documentation to TMF per SOP/Sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate with CSAs, SAMs and PM/SAM during start-up on allocated projects.
