Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Global Site Activation Manager in LATAM to lead SSU activities with global scope across CROs. The role requires 3–4 years of site activation leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage timelines, regulatory milestones, budgets, and vendor relationships, mentoring junior staff and ensuring activation-ready sites on time and in compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years CRO experience or 3–4 years SSU/clinical trial background.
• English advanced.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
• Experience with site start-up processes and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Site Start-Up deliverables with global scope.
• Ensure activation-ready sites on time and within budget.
• Develop SSU timelines and report progress to the project team.
• Mentor less experienced Site Activation Managers.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Contracts, PM, Clinical, and Data Management.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and essential document collection.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
