Job summary

PAREXEL in the United States is seeking a Site Care Partner to serve as the client-facing lead at investigative sites, guiding start-up through activation and ensuring site readiness for FSFV. You will build strong investigator relationships and coordinate with study teams to support recruitment and delivery.

This role requires at least 5 years in site monitoring with oncology experience, plus strong regulatory knowledge and superior communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor with oncology monitoring.
• Experience in start-up through activation and conduct/closeout.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in applicable countries.
• Proficient with computer systems and data tools.
• Able to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up through activation, enrollment planning, and recruitment delivery.
• Coordinate with SOM/GSM and local country teams to ensure site readiness.
• Review site monitoring reports and manage site performance metrics.
• Support site initiation and regulatory/documentation activities.
• Collaborate with investigators, contracts staff, and site staff to ensure quality and compliance.
