Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the face of the client at investigative sites, ensuring engagement, issue resolution, and high-quality patient safety. You will lead startup activities, activate sites, and maintain relationships across-country operations, with substantial travel.

Responsibilities include coordinating with SOM/GSM, supporting PTA, SIV, ICD finalization, and post-activation oversight to meet recruitment and study goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or RN required.
• 5+ years as a site monitor (Oncology)
• Experience from start-up to activation and conduct/closeout
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Willingness to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Provide operational point of contact for site questions and escalation.
• Review site monitoring reports and ICD submissions.
• Support site initiation activities (PTA, SIV, ICD finalization).
• Coordinate with regulatory and collaboration partners to ensure timely registry completion.
• Maintain site relationships and monitor site performance metrics.
