Job summary

Parexel in Washington, DC is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the liaison for investigative sites across the study lifecycle, leading site start-up, activation, and ongoing relationship management.

You will coordinate with CRA and country teams to ensure timely site qualification, site activation, and compliance with ICH-GCP. This role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation activities in collaboration with CRA.
• Coordinate site qualification, ICF finalization, SIVs and activation checklists.
• Provide country/site strategy input and feasibility insights.
• Maintain relationships with investigator sites, staff, and vendors.
