The role emphasizes collaboration within agile teams and client training. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Simio experience, strong programming skills, and a background in industrial engineering or operations research.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing Simio simulation models and projects.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations research, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop discrete-event and agent-based simulation models to evaluate client operations and proposed solutions.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data while detailing model assumptions and specifications.
• Analyze model outputs and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with agile project teams to deliver simulation projects.
