Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and implement discrete event simulations (Simio) to support manufacturing technology investments and transformation initiatives. You will develop multi-year roadmaps across multiple sites, optimizing layouts, processes, and material flows.

You will work with ERP, data management, and reporting tools (PowerBI, SQL) to validate investments, improve cycle time, WIP, throughput, and overall production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering with complex production/logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate DES models (Simio) to guide capital investments.
• Create multi-year manufacturing transformation roadmaps via layout optimization and process analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate current-state processes and target-state automation.
• Translate real-world processes into validated simulation logic with data integrity for credible outputs.
