Tenstorrent is seeking a Silicon Supply Planner to support end-to-end silicon supply and production planning with foundries and OSAT partners, from wafer starts through assembly and test output. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and program management teams to align build plans with customer demand and product roadmaps.

The role requires 3–6 years in semiconductor planning, fluency in Mandarin and English, and knowledge of FEOL/BEOL and OSAT operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in semiconductor supply or production planning.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Understanding FEOL/BEOL and OSAT processes.
• Experience with demand and supply balancing, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with foundries, OSATs, and engineering.

Aufgaben

• Plan end-to-end silicon production from wafer starts to test output.
• Translate demand into wafer start plans and track WIP and cycle times.
• Monitor production, inventory, and capacity; identify risks and coordinate recovery.
• Maintain planning data across wafers, die, and finished goods; collaborate on NPI and volume production.
