Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks a Global Supply Chain Manager to own OSAT partnerships and backend manufacturing for high-performance AI hardware. The role requires leading supplier relations, KPI reviews, and complex negotiations while coordinating across North America and Asia-Pacific time zones.

The position offers travel to Taiwan and other Asia-based partner sites, with hubs in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience managing OSAT suppliers, pricing, and NRE costs.
• Strong communication across global teams and time zones.
• Proficiency with ERP/PLM and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSAT supplier relationships, QBRs, KPI reviews, escalations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, process readiness, yield ramps, demand, capacity, and schedules across OSAT partners.
• Manage backend operations including bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test for advanced packaging.
• Own substrate and critical-material sourcing, pricing, tooling, lead-time risk for high-density substrates.
