Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking a Cost Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a premier electrical signage and custom fabrication firm. You will own complex bid packages, analyze architectural plans and sign drawings to build BOMs and labor estimates for multi-site programs.

Open to remote for experienced estimators nationwide, with HQ in Maryland; on-site relocation possible. Strong emphasis on ESOP, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in cost estimating for custom electrical signage and related fabrication.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints, electrical schematics, and sign drawings.
• Proficiency in Excel for cost modeling and in Bluebeam.
• Engineering or Construction Management background highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural plans and sign shop drawings to create BOM and labor estimates.
• Take ownership of complex multi-site bid packages.
• Price a range of sign scopes from exterior signs to national programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Sales to win profitable work.
