Job summary

GoodPower is seeking a Content Creator to deliver social-first video production for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and paid media. You will script, shoot, host, edit, and deliver platform-ready content that aligns with brand priorities and audience behavior.

The role emphasizes translating energy and decarbonization topics into engaging, mobile-first content while collaborating with internal teams and external partners across projects. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years creating and starring in social content with strong portfolio.
• Ability to script, shoot and edit social video independently.
• Proficient mobile-first editing and platform-specific storytelling.
• Strong on‑camera presence with engaging delivery.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end short-form video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid media.
• Translate complex energy and policy topics into clear social content.
• Create content reflecting platform best practices, pacing and visuals.
• Test new formats, trends and rapid-turn concepts for growth.
• Maintain GoodPower’s brand voice across creator-led content.
• Produce basic social graphics with Canva-based assets and carousels.
• Manage multiple video projects with quick turnarounds and quality output.
