Resilia seeks a Creative Content Creator, Social, to produce everyday content across social channels. This behind-the-camera role shoots, edits, and directs content without on-screen appearance, reporting to the Content Director and collaborating with the Content Manager on calendars.

You'll manage content ideas weekly, adapt trends, and maintain Resilia's brand voice while ensuring high-quality posts across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience creating short-form social content for a consumer brand, preferably DTC/CPG/wellness.
• Portfolio showcasing Reels/TikToks shot and edited with performance results.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create Reels, TikToks, carousels, and Stories tailored to each platform.
• Identify trends and adapt quickly while preserving brand voice.
