Royal British Legion is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Support Officer on a 6-month fixed-term, homebased role. You will support the SHEQ team with documentation, training materials and guidance to promote a strong safety culture across the organisation.

This remote, full-time position requires NEBOSH General Certificate and solid health and safety experience, with duties including policy updates, incident follow-ups and management reporting. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in health and safety management within a professional setting.
• NEBOSH General Certificate required or equivalent.
• Ability to develop and review training materials and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Review and update SHEQ policies, procedures and guidance to ensure legal compliance and practicality.
• Develop training materials, learning resources and information tools for colleagues.
• Respond to general SHEQ queries and provide guidance to managers and staff.
• Support investigations into accidents and incidents with thorough reporting and follow-up actions.
• Produce reports and management information to support compliance and informed decisions.
• Assist with development and maintenance of health and safety management systems and digital tools.
• Help identify risks and implement control measures.
