Job summary

Voyage Advisory is seeking an experienced Consultant, SharePoint Reporting Analyst/Developer to support a hybrid work model and deliver Power BI financial reporting and PMO-focused SharePoint enhancements.

You will own the SharePoint tool—designing, developing, testing, and maintaining dashboards and data flows—collaborating with IT, finance, and project managers to ensure accuracy and a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing solutions using SharePoint Lists as a data source.
• Strong SharePoint List architecture knowledge (columns, permissions, indexing).
• End-to-end troubleshooting across Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Financial reporting familiarity (budgets, forecasts, project financials).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to support monthly reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial reports with the project sponsor.
• Document enhancement opportunities and implement approved changes in SharePoint.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain a trusted single source of truth.
• Develop SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, forms, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain data dictionaries, process flows, and change logs.
• Train end users and provide ongoing support for the SharePoint tool.
• Collaborate with IT to align governance, security, and integration standards.
