OPSPro is seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI Software Developer to join our team in Dayton, OH. You will support cloud-based applications, primarily Microsoft 365, and work within a cross-functional team to deliver data-driven insights.

You will analyze business data, build dashboards, and maintain intranet applications while contributing to project implementation, testing, and production support. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
• Familiarity with data reporting and statistical tools.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a cross functional environment.
• Experience with cloud-based Microsoft 365 environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create ad hoc reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
• Document processes and train users on business applications.
• Support and troubleshoot SharePoint/Power BI integrations and APIs.
