Bank of Montreal invites a skilled SharePoint Developer & Reporting Analyst to join the Business Management team in a hybrid Chicago role. You’ll develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions, gather requirements, and translate them into practical options for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in relevant work, with strong Power Platform and Power BI capabilities, plus governance and security know-how. This role interfaces with Technology and Finance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field; 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years experience developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related apps).
• Strong governance, compliance, and security knowledge for SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative and analytical problem solving.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions to support business needs.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
• Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer and PowerApps/Flow.
• Design and implement Power BI data visualizations for reporting and analytics.
