Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a full-cycle software quality assurance program for organization or client software products and services.
• Ensures testing and documentation meet industry standards and client needs.
• Tests highly complex software programs and UI tools.
• Re-programs software to correct complex problems or enhancements.
• Identifies discrepancies between software performance and documentation; recommends improvements.
• Establishes and implements methods for testing and measuring software quality.
