Job summary

LMD Agency, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Developer for a remote, full‑time role contingent upon contract award.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions, manage content libraries, and build workflows to support leadership and program activities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of SharePoint experience, strong knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS, SPFx, and Power Platform integration, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical

Qualifications

• Requires DHS Fitness Determination or ability to obtain.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, and managing SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint issues including user access, performance, and integration.
• Knowledge of SharePoint security, governance, and compliance policies.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) for automation and data visualization.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SPFx for customization.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Teams integration.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, PowerShell, and Active Directory for administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consolidated content library for artifacts and communications materials on SharePoint.
• Provide edits, updates, and corrections to web content via the approved publishing process.
• Manage libraries on SharePoint including content management and permissions for employees.
• Develop workflows and databases in SharePoint to support leadership coordination (e.g., executive dashboard).
