Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a full-cycle software quality assurance program for organization and/or client software products.
• Ensures testing methods meet industry standards and client needs.
• Tests highly complex software programs and UI tools.
• Re-programs software or coordinates with development team for fixes.
• Identifies discrepancies between software performance and documentation; recommends improvements.
• Establishes testing methods that align with organization and client standards.
• May lead client testing in pre-production environments.
