Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Shared Living Provider to offer care to individuals with developmental disabilities from your own home. This full-time opportunity features a $100–$150 per day stipend, optional training, and the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities include providing direct care, supervising daily activities, encouraging independence, and coordinating community outings with transport support. Must be 18+, have a GED or high school diploma, a reliable vehicle, and a spare bedroom.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on driving record in last 2 years.
• Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily life.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life.
• Participate in community outings and appointments with transportation support.
