Job summary

SES is seeking an Email Developer to support a high-volume B2B marketing environment. The role centers on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, building, testing, and deploying emails, data extensions, journeys, and automations. Strong HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript skills are essential for personalized content and reliable rendering.

Remote work is preferred (CST or MST). The engagement is an estimated 9 months to 1 year with immediate need, focusing on delivering capabilities across SFMC,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Production email campaigns in SFMC deployment.
• Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.
• Experience with Data Extensions, audience management, dynamic content.
• HTML/CSS proficiency with email rendering troubleshooting.
• AMPscript for dynamic content and personalization.
• Litmus or similar testing for email verification.
• Understanding deliverability and inbox placement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and deploy email campaigns in SFMC.
• Create and maintain email templates using Stencil/import HTML/CSS.
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS for cross-client rendering.
• Develop and maintain Data Extensions and audience lists.
• Build Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio workflows.
• Write SQL for segmentation and data manipulation.
• Develop personalized content with AMPscript.
• Test campaigns with Litmus and ensure deliverability with Everest/Validity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, PM, and leadership to production emails.
• Provide SFMC expertise to improve development and delivery practices.
