Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Email/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a contract role in San Bruno, CA. This 9-month engagement supports Sam’s Club’s email and push programs, leveraging SFMC to drive traffic and revenue for eCommerce and in-store channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SFMC experience, HTML/CSS/Ampscript, and strong SQL, with the ability to manage campaigns under tight timelines and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in support of an email marketing program (Email Studio/Automation Studio; Journey Builder a plus).
• 2+ years of responsive HTML email development.
• 2+ years scripting via JavaScript/Ampscript or similar to generate dynamic content.
• 2+ years building mobile-friendly web pages.
• Proficient at reading/writing SQL queries (SQL Server 2016 equivalent).
• Basic editing of marketing creative materials using Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of relational databases concepts and JSON data structures.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines and communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of multiple email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud; code campaigns using HTML/CSS/Ampscript.
• A/B or multivariate tests; dynamic/personalized content insertions; email QA across clients and devices.
• Set up email creative for internal QA and approvals; schedule deployment and post-deployment checks.
• Manage campaign setup and deployment for push notifications leveraging Airship and SFMC.
• Develop data-driven campaigns and personalization initiatives in SFMC.
• Pull and define complex segment queries via SQL; collaborate with production team to improve processes.
