Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure efficient processing of acquisitions and dispositions. You will manage relationships with title companies, assist with property marketing, and support nationwide expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry and possesses excellent communication and computer skills. This fully remote position offers a competitive compensation range of $50,000-$75,000 annually, along with great benefits and a casual work culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner.
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into the CRM.
• Manage relationships with title companies for timely processing.
