Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to market properties quickly.
• Act as a customer representative throughout the settlement process.
• Review contracts/settlement statements and enter them into CRM.
• Manage relationships with title companies for timely settlements.
• Assist with property marketing activities.
