You’ll handle draw requests, communicate with borrowers and investors, and help ensure timely, compliant processing from funding through payoff.

You bring 5+ years in loan servicing and construction lending, with strong communication, analysis, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, construction lending, draw processes, and inspection protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely, adapt quickly in a fast-growing environment, and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction draw process from initiation to completion with accuracy.
• Review draw requests for budget alignment and project timeline.
• Coordinate inspections to verify progress and draw eligibility.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all draw transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with borrowers, underwriters, and risk teams to support project success.
