Wintrust Mortgage is a federally chartered lender seeking an Operations Specialist to support both the operations and appraisal teams. You will oversee trust and Power of Attorney reviews, manage construction draw releases, escrow holdbacks, and collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoices.

This role also supports credit-related functions and reporting. The position requires 3–5 years in appraisal operations, knowledge of related processes, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of appraisal operations experience.
• Knowledge of construction draw management processes, trust and power of attorney reviews, escrow holdbacks, and underwriting functions.
