Job summary

Tier One Funding seeks a detail-oriented Draw Administrator to support construction loan draws from origination to project completion. You will coordinate with borrowers, contractors, inspectors, and the finance team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance and accurate draw disbursements.

The role requires budgeting experience, 1–2 years in draw administration, and strong Excel skills. Remote flexibility is offered within the US, with duties spanning cross-functional lending operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, Construction Management and/or Real Estate Development.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Draw Administrator preferred.
• Prior banking and/or lending support experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant job experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review draw requests, budgets and document verifications.
• Schedule inspections and maintain accurate records of all draws.
• Coordinate with vendors, borrowers and inspectors to ensure timely funding.
• Review project budgets, invoices, lien waivers, and supporting documentation to validate draw eligibility.
• Analyze remaining loan funds and construction budgets to determine disbursement amounts.
• Support Controller and Operations with lending, servicing or admin projects.
