Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Services Project Manager to lead large, multi-team projects within the Americas ESIB organization. You will drive value realization, align stakeholders, and manage the project from setup through delivery of new capabilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive communication, governance, and collaboration with sales, engagement management, and partners.

Qualifications

Strong command of delivery fundamentals, including scope management and risk management.
Proven problem-solving ability with judgment and ambiguity handling.
Leadership experience delivering outcomes across cross-functional teams and customer partners.

Responsibilities

Drive Value Realization and align project scope with customer value.
Lead project lifecycle from setup through delivery of new capabilities and value realization.
Act as the key point of contact among Sales, Engagement Management, Services Management and the customer.
Lead the Project team, define roles, responsibilities, and ensure governance.
Manage budgets, schedule, and risk, delivering on time and within agreed margins.
Coordinate with partners and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
Ensure KPIs are traced, measured, and met across the project.
