Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Workflow Developer for a hybrid role in the USA. The candidate will design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on robust integrations and scalable processes.

Required are 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM expertise, and hands-on skills with Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, and custom scoped apps. Expected compensation ranges widely based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications.
• Knowledge of CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, and Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and maintain custom scoped applications following best practices.
• Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
• Develop and support REST API integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and automation capabilities.
