Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Developer in Santa Clara, CA with CSA certification and 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. The role focuses on UI Builder, CSM Workspace, and Employee Center, including migrations and integrations, in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will design modern user experiences, build customer-facing workspaces, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
• CSA certification mandatory
• Experience with UI Builder, Workspaces, and Employee Center
• Experience in CSM implementations and data migration
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive pages using ServiceNow UI Builder
• Configure and customize CSM Workspace, Customer Service Workspaces, and Employee Center
• Build and maintain pages, variants, reusable components, app shells, and workspace experiences
• Configure data resources, client state parameters, event handlers, and custom bindings
• Develop custom applications and customer-facing experiences using UI Builder
• Support migration initiatives: instance migrations, data migrations, update sets, source control
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions
• Build integrations with REST APIs and Integration Hub
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize workspace performance
