Job summary

ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to support enterprise ServiceNow delivery for a federal program. The role focuses on testing platform enhancements, workflows, and custom applications in a secure environment.

The ideal candidate will perform automated and manual testing, manage defects, and provide UAT support while coordinating with business analysts, developers and stakeholders across development, test and production environments. Remote work is allowed with US Eastern time zone hours.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow testing experience including automated and manual tests.
Defect tracking and UAT support in a federal/secure environment.
Experience in Agile deliveries with user stories and sprint ceremonies.
Strong collaboration with BAs, developers and stakeholders to validate requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute functional, regression, integration and UAT testing for ServiceNow solutions.
Design and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
Perform manual testing of workflows, forms, role behavior, reporting, and configurations.
Validate enhancements and release changes across dev/test/prod environments.
Track defects and verify fixes through resolution using Jira or similar tools.
Document test plans, cases and results in Confluence or similar tools.
Support release readiness and UAT coordination.
Verify configurations align with security and compliance expectations.
