Job summary

BCMC is seeking a ServiceNow Requirements/Test Engineer to support an Agile ServiceNow program for DoD customers. This remote role requires U.S.

citizenship for security clearance and experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework is highly desired. You will lead sessions to extract functional and technical requirements, develop agile stories, manage backlogs, and collaborate with architects to ensure quality across releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in Agile test engineering.
• Security+ or equivalent certification.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Experience with ServiceNow / Rest API integration.
• Experience with user story development in an Agile environment.
• ATF experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with client representatives to identify, extract, and define requirements and use cases.
• Document future state process flows and system requirements.
• Create Agile Stories with epics, themes, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage user story backlogs and prioritize per customer needs; demonstrate ServiceNow configurations.
• Support Scrum Master in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects on release scope and details.
• Develop test procedures, cases, and data to meet acceptance criteria.
• Execute test cases and resolve defects with developers and architects.
• Ensure government acceptance tests are addressed timely.
• Produce and maintain test plans and test scripts using ServiceNow test management.
• Communicate requirements and technical configurations clearly to Product Owner.
• Support production issues with O&M teams.
