Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer focused on SBOM integrations. Remote contract role building SBOM capabilities, SBOM data normalization, licensing reconciliation, and cross-tool integrations with GitLab and JFrog Artifactory.

You will work on ServiceNow SAM modules, ensure data quality, and collaborate with ITAM and Platform teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position offers competitive W2 benefits for eligible consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration, SAM, or related implementations.
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• Understanding SBOMs and software component management.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, scripts, and data processing.
• Experience with Jira and Agile development practices.
• Preferred: advanced SAM/CMDB experience, Flexera, and GitLab/JFrog integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection and reporting.
• Translate requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and tasks.
• Develop integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, and other systems.
• Normalize software components and associate with applications and records.
• Correlate SBOM data with license, entitlement, and inventory data for compliance and risk.
• Support formats like CycloneDX/ SPDX and standards (CVE, CPE, PURL).
• Create reporting, dashboards, data-quality monitoring, and exception handling.
