Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to design and implement SBOM integrations remotely for a financial services client. The role focuses on building and integrating SBOM capabilities across toolchains like GitLab and JFrog Artifactory, aligning SBOM data with licensing and inventory sources to support compliance and risk identification.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration, SAM, or related implementation work.
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SAM solutions.
- Understanding SBOMs and software component management.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Jira and Agile development practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection, processing, normalization, and reporting.
- Create integrations across GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, and other systems.
- Translate requirements into technical tasks, user stories, and working solutions.
- Build processes to identify and normalize software components and link to applications.
- Support licensing, entitlements, reconciliation, and compliance data workflows.
