Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow OT Security Engineer to design and automate vulnerability management across IT and OT environments. This remote role reports to the Cybersecurity and Platform Engineering teams and collaborates with Security Operations, OT Engineering, and Compliance to deliver scalable, audit-ready security solutions.

You will build integrations with Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, and Maximo using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub, while driving risk-based remediation

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience administering or engineering ServiceNow
• Strong experience with ServiceNow VR, SecOps, or OT/IoT Security modules
• Experience building two-way integrations with Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, Maximo or similar platforms
• Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, CMDB, and CSDM
• Understanding of vulnerability management processes and SLA tracking
• ServiceNow development with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripted REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and develop bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms (Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, Maximo)
• Automate vulnerability management lifecycle from ingestion to remediation
• Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, flows, and remediation processes
• Develop reporting and dashboards showing risk exposure, SLAs, and trends
• Collaborate with Security, IT, OT, and Compliance to deliver secure, auditable solutions
