Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a ServiceNow OT Security Engineer to design and automate vulnerability management across IT and OT environments. This remote role offers collaboration with Security Operations, OT Engineering, and Compliance to deliver scalable, audit-ready security solutions.

The position requires deep ServiceNow VR/SecOps expertise, strong integration skills, and OT vulnerability management experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong VR/SecOps or OT/IoT Security module experience
• Two-way integrations with Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, or Maximo
• Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, CMDB, and CSDM
• Vulnerability management knowledge incl. CVSS/VPR and SLA tracking
• ServiceNow development with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripted REST APIs
• OT environments and secure integration architectures (OAuth2, mutual TLS, API keys)
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management for audit-ready records

Responsibilities

• Design and bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, Maximo using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and custom ServiceNow development
• Automate the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle: ingestion, asset correlation, risk prioritization, remediation orchestration, validation, and closure
• Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer automations, and remediation processes for governance and compliance
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics showing risk exposure, SLA adherence, remediation performance, and vulnerability trends
• Partner with Security, IT, OT, and Compliance to implement secure, scalable, and production-safe solutions that support regulatory and audit requirements
