Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow OT Security Engineer to design and automate vulnerability management across IT and OT environments. You will collaborate with Security Operations, OT Engineering, Infrastructure, Compliance, and ServiceNow platform teams to deliver integrated, scalable and audit-ready security solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience administering or engineering on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with VR, SecOps, or OT/IoT Security modules.
• Experience building two-way integrations with Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, or Maximo.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability management including CVSS/VPR scoring and SLA tracking.
• ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms including Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, and Maximo using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and custom ServiceNow development.
• Automate the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle, including ingestion, asset correlation, risk prioritization, remediation orchestration, validation, and closure.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer automations, and remediation processes that improve operational efficiency, governance, and compliance.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into risk exposure, SLA adherence, remediation performance, and vulnerability trends.
• Partner with Security, IT, OT, and Compliance stakeholders to implement secure, scalable solutions that support regulatory and audit requirements.
