• Ability to balance operational governance with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Govern ServiceNow platform operations from a governance perspective.
• Lead license reconciliation and entitlement governance to ensure compliance.
• Interpret contracts to define entitlement models and metrics.
• Provide governance during major incidents with cross-functional escalation.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards; drive post-incident reviews.
