Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to configure and implement approved ServiceNow capabilities for a Federal Agency.

This role translates validated requirements into maintainable platform configuration, automation, integrations, catalog/workflow capabilities, and controlled production deployments while providing late-window engineering depth. This position requires US citizenship and a post-award government background investigation.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, IntegrationHub, SPM, Performance Analytics, App Engine, or SecOps.
• Hands-on ability with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer, catalog/workflow configuration, REST/SOAP APIs, and data/configuration concepts.
• Experience with controlled release promotion, update sets, CI/CD, automated testing, and release documentation.
• CSA plus CIS credentials strongly preferred or required where mandated.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement approved ServiceNow capabilities from validated requirements and designs.
• Configure forms, tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows.
• Implement ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, IntegrationHub, SPM, and related areas.
• Build and configure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and approved authentication patterns.
• Support CMDB data quality validation and governance.
• Prepare controlled promotions to TEST and PROD using update-sets and CI/CD practices.
• Provide late-window deployment support and post-production validation.
• Create implementation guides and knowledge transfer materials.
