You will own HAM module design, CMDB integrity, and complex integrations, steering governance and best practices while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, IT and Ops teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Active DoD secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term HAM architecture strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow.
• Lead HAM module design, CMDB data models, normalization, and discovery.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow HAM and enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance to developers and ensure governance and best practices.
