Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years in Consulting, Project Management or Delivery Leadership roles.
• Certification in ITSM/ITOM or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand detailed business requirements; map requirements to software solutions.
• Assist in developing and supporting software applications.
• Provide expertise with application development methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Assist in developing and supporting software applications; design and implement new functionality and enhancements.
• Prepare high-level design documents based on project requirements.
• Evaluate business requirements and document business cases.
• Partner with project leadership teams to identify efficiencies and roadmap opportunities.
• Participate in client fulfiller training sessions.
