Sentara Health is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Domain Architect to lead domain and infrastructure architecture initiatives. This role focuses on enterprise-wide guidance, standards, and platform analytics across ITOM, ITSM, and related modules.

The position supports business outcomes through strong technical leadership and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of ServiceNow experience, 2–3 years in architect-level roles, and a certification in ServiceNow.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required) or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required).
• Demonstrable ability to work independently, with a focus on best practice architectural design and analytical problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager.
• Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
