Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer for a fully remote, U.S.-based role. You will design, configure and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications, focusing on workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, deep JavaScript expertise, and CSA certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 used in ServiceNow.
Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Experience with Service Portal widget development.
ServiceNow CSA credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
Hands-on configuration and development: workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization.
Ensure upgrade-safe, performant platforms with maintainable code.
Ship meaningful production work and balance declarative vs. programmatic approaches.
Collaborate with teams to manage platform extensions.
