Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in ServiceNow or ITSM support.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reporting, and admin concepts.
• Ability to document configurations, procedures, and user materials.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and U.S. citizenship for this remote federal IT role.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow features.
• Configure basic workflows, forms, catalogs, and reports in ServiceNow.
• Maintain platform documentation, diagrams, data flows, and procedures.
• Participate in backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery planning and testing.
• Support training by contributing to user guides and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow engineers on complex enhancements and UAT.
• Assist with routine operations, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
