Job summary

Acieta is seeking a remote Service Technician II to diagnose system downtime, coordinate field support, and ensure rapid recovery of production for customers. You will troubleshoot, decide independently, and collaborate with Field Service Managers to deliver reliable support.

You will handle customer calls during business hours, participate in monthly after-hours on-call rotation, and assist with quotes, parts, and service documentation while maintaining safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or robotics training.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers or robots.
• Ability to read, analyze English text and interpret technical journals.
• Must be able to travel up to 90% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and diagnose issues.
• Coordinate field support to restore production and minimize downtime.
• Answer calls during business hours and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Schedule on-site service calls and maintain service documentation.
• Assist with parts orders and ensure accurate representation of needs.
