Job summary

Acieta seeks a Remote Service Technician III to act as the primary contact for customers during downtime. You will coordinate field support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure rapid operational restoration.

Expect to answer calls during business hours and participate in on-call rotations, with up to 90% travel across the United States. You must have an associate degree in robotics or automation and at least five years of related experience, with PLCs or robot systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in robotics, automation or a related field with applicable training.
• Strong English comprehension and ability to respond to customer inquiries.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with PLCs or robot systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for system downtime and field support.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate field activities, and restore operations quickly.
• Answer calls during business hours and participate in after-hours rotation.
• Schedule on-site service calls and document service work per procedures.
• Advise on parts and engineering changes to improve products.
