ACC Premiere, LLC. is hiring for remote service request processing roles across multiple states. You will handle customer inquiries primarily via email, with some calls, and contribute to timely service coordination for a national building maintenance client.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience supporting brand products and services is a plus.
• Positive and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Dispatch new requests for urgent and emergency services.
• Manage multiple inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Navigate customer systems to communicate scheduling, billing, and completion information.
