Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Solutions Architect to support Service Provider customers with a focus on high-end routing and optical networking across the Midwest and beyond. The role blends pre-sales leadership with hands-on design of next-generation MPLS/optical transport architectures, including SR-MPLS, EVPN, DWDM and ROADMs.

You will work 1:1 with an Account Executive to assess customer environments, draft SOWs, develop BOMs, present solutions, and guide OEM selection for complex, high-value

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in telecommunications or service provider engineering.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF and EVPN.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical credibility and guidance to account teams.
• Develop solution architectures and BOMs for proposals.
• Draft SOWs for professional services engagements.
• Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with OEM teams and account executives on opportunities.
