Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administration professional to support the sale and management of service contracts for frontline service management and sales teams.

You will maintain Oracle databases to prepare quotations, activate, modify and terminate CMSU contracts throughout their lifecycle. The role requires a 4-year degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience and 3–4 years of financial analysis or business/systems analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Ability to plan own schedule to meet deadlines for reports and projects within established time frames.
• Proven skills in financial analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for service contracts and quotations using Oracle for CMSU installed base.
• Maintain Oracle database for activation, modification and termination of contracts across the lifecycle.
• Analyze contract information to support management reporting and ensure accurate commission payments.
